GWG Event Policy
If you are scheduling an event using Guild facilities, it is your responsibility to making arrangements with the Guild Events Manager for A/V support. If you will be serving food at your event, it is your responsibility to order and pay for the food. It is also your responsibility to provide manpower as needed for setup before the event and cleanup afterward.
